For nearly 20 years, Greg has been turning out award-winning work for broadcast and now the internet. Starting at the young age of 19, Greg began his career producing music videos. For almost a decade, Greg was responsible for clips from Kenny Chesney, Clint Black, Lyle Lovett and Don Henley. He has been working as a director in the commercial market since 2001. Greg’s work has been honored with awards from the AAF, ATAS, and even a prestigious Adrian Award from the Hospitality Marketers Association.

Lance is the business behind Big Look. A veteran of the gaming industry, Lance has been involved with Virtual Reality and entertainment-driven promotions for more than 25 years. He currently heads up the development of BigLook360.

Ruth Ruggero Hughs | Exec. Producer

Orginially from Argentina, Ruth joined forces with Greg almost a decade ago. Her international background has helped Big Look create new production opportunities in the Hispanic market both here and abroad. A frequent collaborator for Spanish-based projects, Ruth helps Big Look bridge the cultural divide that exists between the General Market and the Hispanic Market.
